I needed next day service and that wasn’t a problem. She called to let me know when they were 1 hour out. The young man and his partner were absolutely amazing!!! The young Bennie explained everything that I ever needed to know about septic tanks. I had never had one before so I was clueless. He also explained every step of the process down to when he found the pipe was broken. And told me to call a plumber ASAP. While the guys were still working the plumber came and he explained everything to the plumber. I mean I was and still am amazed at the whole process. It was effective, efficient and left me educated on septic systems. One last thing..the man was 21 years old. He said he had been working since he was 7 along side his grandfather and Dad.
